At Lingerie Living, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the hygiene seals remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags and hygiene stickers attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
